We build creative community, and we've been doing it since 1997.

Stage Room (Max Occupancy 80) - $25.00/hour
Dance Room (Max Occupancy 110) - $25.00/hour
Side Yard (Max Occupancy 100) - $25.00/hour
Conference Room - (Max Occupancy 6) - $15.00/hour
Foyer Gallery is not a rentable space
Private Party and Wedding Package - $2,000 (call or email for more information)
Need to rent equipment for your off-site event?
Moab Arts has tables, chairs, easels, sound system, and a portable projector and screen.

How to Reserve
A Rental Application must be completed.
This gives us information on the needs and nature of your event.
Register as a FREE 'Community Member' on our booking site, Proximity.
Add a credit card or other form of payment to your account, otherwise you'll be unable to submit a request to reserve space. From there, you have access to rent our Stage Room, Dance Room, Side Yard and Conference Room.
- Once you have submitted the room, date and time of your rental, our staff will be notified to approve or deny your request.

We are unable to complete your rental request until we have received both your Rental Application and Proximity request.

All Rental Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

All rentals made more than 180 days in advanced will be denied.

Tables, chairs, projector and some audio visual equipment are included in on-site room/building rentals. Please indicate the equipment needed on your rental application and account for time to set up your event and clean up afterwards. The Moab Arts Staff does not offer set up and clean up services for rentals.

Please do not use the Moab Arts logo without proper authorization from staff.
Organizations and individuals hosting events at the Moab Arts Facility are allowed to use the location name and address on promotional materials, but not the logo unless it is authorized, thank you.
