Meet The Team
Kelley McInerney
Arts & Special Events Director
Kelley was born and raised in Morrison, Colorado and moved to Utah in 2017. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, go Buffs! Her professional background is in hospitality and she started working for the City of Moab in early 2021. She believes that the Moab Arts scene is one of the reasons Moab is such a special and unique place. When she is not at work she can be found exploring canyons, visiting with friends, and being a chicken mom. Kelley is happy to be a part of the community and looking forward to contributing to the art and events around town.
Christina Wightman
Associate Arts Director
Christina comes to Moab by way of Nova Scotia, Canada, though there were a few stops along the way. She received a Bachelors of Arts Honours Degree with a double major fusing Visual Arts and Communication Studies in Windsor, Ontario.
In Canada’s Rocky Mountains she spent time in outdoor retail, tech support and most recently (and most fun), hospitality for helicopter-skiiers.
Outside of work, you can literally find Christina outside, designing stuff, building stuff, sewing (yes, she really takes her sewing machine outside), art-ing, and hiking & biking with her UnderDog Lottie.
A lover of nature and small town community vibes, she’s thrilled to call Moab home.
Patty Weicht
MARC Assistant
Originally from Minnesota, Patty moved out west to attend Colorado College where she studied Economics and French. She has been living in Utah for the past few years, spending winters in Park City and summers in Moab, and is excited to be a full time Moab resident.
Patty is looking forward to being an active part of the arts community as the MARC assistant and bring events to town that will be fun for people of all ages.
Outside of work, you can find Patty exploring the area by bike, foot or boat, or playing board games with friends.
